DELVING DEEPER - THE ART OF ABSTRACTION - SESSION TWO – 21st OCTOBER 2024
Explore colour theory as part of our series of workshops delving deeper into the art of painting with oils with Dani. If you are not able to attend all the sessions, do delve into the individual workshops. Week two will find us delving into the theories and practice of Abstract Art.
In this session we will be taking a dive into the various movements of abstract painting that have developed since its inception in the early 20th Century. Looking at the work of a master of each of the the genres, we will make a painting inspired by their methods and theories.
Dani will give you guidance and confidence to work at home should you wish to and is always at the end of the phone or email for advice.
The workshop starts at 10am through to 1pm and will cost £67 for an individual session or £190 for all three, to include refreshments. We will supply you with a list of materials ahead of time - a worthwhile investment and will encourage you to keep at it!
This course benefits beginners and more experienced artist wishes to hone their skills.
