DAY 3 - This is a delightful optional day to tag onto two hands-on creative days. An exclusive opportunity to visit Melissa in her delightful studio in Hastings. A truly inspiring space, with so much to take in of Melissa's work past and present. Chat about the design process, collaborations and technique over coffee and buns., We'll then make our way to Hastings Contemporary Art Gallery to view their exhibition Immortal Apples, Eternal Eggs. This show features over 50 artworks, created by more than 50 artists over the past 100 years, including Phyllida Barlow, Louise Bourgeois, Sir Anthony Caro, Patrick Caulfield, Michael Craig-Martin, Dame Elisabeth Frink, Sarah Lucas, Henry Moore and Ben Nicholson.
