THE JAPANESE ART OF KINTSUGI - WITH EMMA WILLIAMS - TUESDAY 4th FEBRUARY 2025

£95.00

Learn the Japanese art of threading golden lines through fragments of porcelain, breathing new beauty into fractured pieces.

Working with 23ct gold leaf, we embrace the flaws in broken china, as we rejuvenate them and celebrate their imperfections. This ancient art serves to remind us of the beauty in human frailty. We will touch upon the history of Kintsugi as we work away, healing you piece.

You will go home from this half-day workshop with one restored piece and the knowledge to carry on your own practice at home.
